All existing cracked and deteriorated mortar was carefully removed to a depth of up to 50mm. The stonework was then expertly repointed using Hourdex Hydraulic Lime Binder for the wind stone and Ashlar Hydraulic Lime for the quoins. The restoration has revitalized the property, providing a durable, breathable finish that protects the masonry while preserving its traditional character and charm.
